Skilled nursing care at Belmont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers around-the-clock care for persons who require the services of a professional nursing staff or are unable to live independently.
Our staff includes registered and licensed nurses, as well as certified nursing assistants, working as a team to provide the highest quality clinical and personal care. Our skilled services include a wide range of treatment possibilities, including medically-complex scenarios for residents requiring IV therapy or antibiotics. Skilled residents additionally enjoy a rich and varied activity program, dietitian-supervised meals and the services of our licensed social workers.
